The best weapon in the arsenal of a home buyer or seller is a professional home inspection.  Often the most neglected service in the buying or selling home process is a home inspection.  Home inspections offer an in-depth evaluation of a homes structual intergrity, quality of construction, and proper fuction of home systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).  Home inspections help protect buyers and sellers and ensures the intergrity of the purchase or sell of a home.

I received my education and training at the A-Pass-Weikel Institute in Louisville, Kentucky(a Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors Approved Institute).  I am fully insured through a reputable insurance company as requried by Kentucky state law.  I have an extensive work history related to home construction affording me the knowledge to conduct an extensive and professional unbiased home inspection.

It is crucial to hire a licensed and educated home inspector.  Recent laws have been passed requiring individuals seeking home inspector licenses to pass approved state training and testing, many home inspectors practicing today were issued licenses through a  "grandfather" act by the state of Kentucky they do not have the training or education that is currently required by state standards.   For the reasons discussed above, I am confident that I provide the best home inspection available and clients can feel secure with my services.
